UX Researcher with a background in Computer Science graduated with a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction at Indiana University, USA.

Experienced in Conversational Design, conceptualized and designed voice-based virtual assistants for Law Enforcement / Emergency Responders funded by NIST & PSCR open innovations. Previous to this, delivered 4 different projects in the healthcare, diversity, and e-commerce sectors. Facilitated design sprints, led the vision for the product area, and designed interactive prototypes.

Experienced in enterprise and engineering, where I assisted the IT Infra team in creating and developing new design concepts, prototypes & solutions that support & improve the overall user experience of Group IT provisioning, support & onboarding.
